Which matcha grade is best for café lattes?
For lattes and iced drinks we recommend WA MATCHA Premium. It is bead-milled for a fine, consistent powder and keeps a bright green colour in milk. Ceremonial is best reserved for matcha whisked and served on its own.
How much matcha does a latte use?
A standard latte uses about 2g of matcha. With the Premium 1kg bag at list price, that is roughly $0.77 of matcha per latte.
