Where we ship from

All orders are packed and shipped from our stock in Victoria, BC. We do not ship each order individually from Japan, so most products can be reordered mid-month.

Delivery charges

Prices on this website are list prices in Canadian dollars. Taxes and delivery are calculated separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

Availability and made-to-order items

Availability notes are shown on each product. Ceremonial “Tsuyuhikari” is milled to order — we confirm timing with you before production. Culinary Matcha Blend 500g is expected to ship from October. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you before shipping.

Order confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation after checkout. For wholesale orders placed by email or phone, we confirm stock on hand the same day you ask.
